NRRC Financial offers loans to the residents of Near North and Willard-Hay as funding allows. When we have new funding sources, we will advertise in NRRC’s printed newsletter and email blasts. We can also add your email address to our distribution list for future opportunities, send us a message at Homeownership@NRRCFi.org. NRRC Financial has offered the following loans in the past. Note, we may adjust loans terms when we offer a new funding round if there are specific requirements from our funders:
Personal loans for up to $1000 repaid over 12 months. We are able to offer new loans as our lending pool is replenished either by loan repayments or new grant funds.
Mortgage loans to current homeowners over 62 to fully payoff current housing related debt. These loans are only available when we have donations or grants to offer. We are continually applying for loans for this purpose. If you wish to share your experience with us to serve a particular need, please complete this short survey.
