“CAP-HC’s Energy Assistance Program can help pay your utility bills effective from October 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.”

If you need help today and want to learn more information about eligibility and how to register, call CAP-HC at (952) 930-3541, or head to caphennepin.org/energy-assistance online. They are still able to support people even through the current government shutdown!
